SCANDENTAIRE.CA provides independent instruction relating to intraoral scanning workflows. We do not sell, manufacture, warrant, or service any Shining 3D hardware or software.

All original content and functionality of this website and of the SCANDENTAIRE.CA training portal — including the scan assistant (scan-plan generator), its clinical decision workflows and questionnaires, the generated scan plans, the exercises, course materials, texts, images, videos, graphics, page layouts, source code, and databases — are the exclusive property of SCANDENTAIRE.CA and are protected by the Copyright Act (Canada) and applicable international copyright treaties. This protection applies automatically from the moment of creation.

Without prior written authorization, it is strictly prohibited to: reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, translate, or adapt the website or portal, in whole or in part, or create derivative works from them; sell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit them; extract or reuse any substantial part of their content, whether manually or by automated means (scraping, crawling, mass downloading); decompile or reverse-engineer the application; or use the content or workflows to build or train a competing product, service, or training program.

Copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices may not be removed or altered.

05 License of Use — Training Portal

Access to the SCANDENTAIRE.CA portal is granted as a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license, strictly for your own professional training. Account credentials are personal and must not be shared.

Scan plans generated with the assistant may be printed and used in your own clinical practice. The tool itself, its content, and its training materials may not be redistributed, republished, or made available to third parties in any form.

Any breach of these conditions may result in the immediate suspension or termination of access, without notice or refund, and may give rise to legal recourse. Use of the portal constitutes acceptance of these terms.
